Nordmark.  There are no known partners with the names Arthur or Carr and no known associates.  Charles Nordmark has never been a licensed attorney in California. In 2005, all client files from Arthur, Nordmark & Carr were transferred to The Law Office of Chris Anthony Gemignani and the business was closed.  As of March 2009, Charles A. Nordmark lives in San Jose, California.

Attorney Chris Anthony Gemignani practiced law in the field of estate planning in the Los Angeles area in Southern California and later in Northern California in San Jose in the Bay Area.  He was a certified as a legal specialist in estate planning, probate, and trusts with the California Board of Legal Specialization. Gregory A. Broiles was a colleague of Mr. Gemignani, and they leased office space in the same building at 1625 The Alameda and later in the same suite on the first floor. In April of 2007, Mr. Gemignani passed away suddenly and unexpectedly.  Mr. Gemignani’s family asked Mr. Broiles to accept the client files for storage and safekeeping.  This included the client files of The Law Offices of Chris Anthony Gemignani and Arthur, Nordmark, Carr & Associates.

• It is important to have an ongoing relationship with an attorney to keep informed of current laws and ensure that your planning is up-to-date.

You have several options, depending on your personal situation:

• If you need to review or make changes to your existing documents please contact our office to set up an appointment to review your plan and discuss your needs.
• If you do not have any immediate need to make any changes and you would like our firm to continue to store your file for safekeeping, you are not required to take any further action.  We will continue to store your file.  There is no charge for storing your file.  If you need assistance in the future, contact our office and we will be happy to help you.
• If you would like to take your file to another attorney, please contact our office and we will send you a release form.

It is important for you to know that we will not review your file or take any other action unless you contact us and retain our firm to do so.
